Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, undamaged, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, inserts, and complimentary/free items included with the order.

Please note the following return conditions:

• Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Orders that originally qualified for free shipping will have the actual shipping cost paid by Swanky Dept. deducted from the refund amount, as shipping services have already been completed and paid for by our company.
• All returned items are inspected upon arrival and must be 100% complete to qualify for a refund.
• Items showing signs of use, wear, damage, odors, missing parts, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund or may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
• Clearance items, sale items, personalized/custom-made orders, and special orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
