Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, product launches, restocks, sales, or high-volume order periods.


As many items are carefully packed and prepared by hand, occasional delays may occur during peak seasons.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination, package size, and selected shipping method.


Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Swanky Dept. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Locations


Swanky Dept. currently ships within the United States, Canada, and selected European countries.


International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.


Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can legally be imported into their country.


Customs, Duties & Taxes


International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.


These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Swanky Dept. is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges.


Order Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address


Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.


Swanky Dept. is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.


Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Damaged Packages


Swanky Dept. is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or marked-as-delivered packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can review the issue.


Returns Related to Shipping

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


If an order originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by Swanky Dept. will be deducted from the refund amount if the order is returned.
